DILLIDUR 450V Steel is crafted with a blend of carbon, manganese, chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, which all play a role in its impressive wear resistance and mechanical strength. It features a hardness range of 420–480 HBW, with tensile strength between 1,350–1,650 MPa and a yield strength of around 1,100 MPa. Even with its high hardness, it retains excellent toughness and resists cracking under impact loads. DILLIDUR 450V also offers good weldability and moderate formability, making it suitable for fabricating wear parts that deliver long-lasting performance in demanding work environments.
