Alloy Steel Gr B7 Fasteners are crafted from a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel blend, featuring key elements like carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, and 0.75–1.20% chromium along with 0.15–0.25% molybdenum. These fasteners undergo a quenching and tempering process to achieve exceptional strength and hardness. They typically boast a tensile strength of 860 MPa (125 ksi) and a yield strength of 720 MPa (105 ksi), along with impressive toughness and resistance to heat and pressure.
