Alloy Steel Gr B5 Bolts are essentially made of chromium (10-12%), carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and silicon, providing superior strength and durability. They are subjected to heat treatment for improved mechanical properties. These bolts have a tensile strength of 125 ksi (860 MPa) and yield strength of 105 ksi (725 MPa), which ensures superior performance in harsh conditions. Their 35 HRC max hardness range offers outstanding wear, fatigue, and corrosion resistance.
