4140 Alloy Steel Fasteners consist of Manganese (0.75-1.0%), Chromium (0.8-1.1%), Molybdenum (0.15-0.25%), Silicon (0.15-0.30%), Carbon (0.38-0.43%), and Iron as the basic element.
