JIS G3454 carbon steel pipes are mostly made up of Carbon (≤0.25%), Manganese (≤0.30-0.90%), Phosphorus (≤0.035%), and Sulfur (≤0.035%), hence providing excellent weldability and strength. These pipes have a tensile strength of ≥ 400 MPa, yield strength of ≥ 235 MPa, and elongation of ≥ 25%, and thus suitable for pressure applications.
