Technical specifications of the cooling and freezing boxes:

Bottom chassis:

It is a longitudinal bridge (U8), 2 on the length of the chassis, where a 9 mm thick wood is installed between the upper and lower chassis, with cross beams from the (H) bridge 8 cm in width, and the chassis installed by means of 10 cm bonds between the upper chassis and the mechanism chassis, with 4 side flanges are installed and welded to the top bridge.

Floor:

The floor consists of the following:

The floor is built on the chassis of the car and is made of galvanized iron frame on the floor

With cutting inside the throat and fixed with the new chassis and isolate the floor with foam.

The floor is covered with Vervis wood.

With a lamination of the floor from the top, stainless steel is warmed with a folded on the circuit, and then an argon and sides are welded to make the floor a basin. Or the aluminum floor, shaded or glazed, as desired by the customer.

Roof:

It is one piece 10 cm thickness with the following specifications:

  • Detail of the galvanized iron frame shaving on the ceiling circle with cutting to cover it, and the inner face is separated from the outside by a wood frame.

The roof covering is pre-painted inside and outside of the galvanized steel sheet.

  • Injection of the roof with a polyurethane density of 45 kg per cubic meter by a high pressure injection machine.

Fifth: the front end: –

It is one piece 10 cm thickness with the following specifications:

  • Detail of a galvanized iron frame ring on the front end, to be wrapped on it.

Longitudinal cutting of the interface to strengthen and install the cooling device.

Front Facing Packaging: pre-painted galvanized sheet, outside and inside. (Or a fiberglass one piece and one outside).

  • Interface injection with a polyurethane density of 42 kg per cubic meter with a high pressure injection machine

Sixth: Aspects:

It is one piece 10 cm thickness with the following specifications:

  • Detail of a galvanized iron frame ring on the front end, to be wrapped on it.
  • The side profile is pre-painted galvanized sheet outside and inside (or fiberglass one piece and one outside).
  • Interface injection with a polyurethane density of 42 kg per cubic meter with a high pressure injection machine

Seven: Doors:

It is a galvanized ring, and the door is laminated from the inside, with a thickness of 8 mm, to secure the hands and hinges. The doors consist of the following:
Galvanized iron frame shaved on the door.
8 mm thickness sheet plating inside the door to install hands and hinges.
Covering the doors inside and outside, pre-painted sheets with a thickness of not less than 7 mm.
Inject the door with polyurethane with a density not less than 42 kg per cubic meter with the high pressure injection machine.
Installing an inch of refrigerated boxes.
Installing two hinges for each door.
Hand fitting for each shutter.
Install hooks on the doors to secure them when opened on the sides of the box.
The number of doors is two doors on the back end and one side door.

All profiles and outer corners are made of reinforced aluminum
